BSE Odisha Board 10th Result 2020 LIVE Updates: The Board of Secondary Education (BSE), Odisha declared the state class 10 results earlier today. Around 5.34 lakh students had appeared for the exams this year. They can now check their results at bseodisha.nic.in, bseodisha.ac.in, orissaresults.nic.in.

The pass percentage saw a jump by almost six per cent this year and was recorded at 78.76. Girls outperformed boys securing 81.98 passing per cent. The pass percentage of boys was recorded at 77.80. A total of 1,279 students secured 90-plus marks this year

Meanwhile, the board are yet to announce a date for the class 12 results declaration. However, it is expected to release next month
BSE Odisha 10th Result 2020 LIVE UPDATES: In the previous term, a total of 3,97,125 students had passed recording a pass percentage of 70.78 per cent, a decline of nearly 6 per cent as compared to 2018. A total of 2,05,470 female students had cleared the exams, while 1,91,655 boys had passed.

Candidates need to download the result and take a print out. It will act as a provisional result. The final and official mark sheets will be available from respective schools, once get opened after lockdown.

3.9 lakh final year students without exams

MUMBAI: Maharashtra on Thursday insisted it will clear lakhs of final year university students ,including 3.9 lakh who have backlogs from previous semester, without exams. Disregarding UGC guidelined mandating that states hold online/offline tests  by september-end,,higher education minister uday samant reiterated the MVA regime's stand that exams cannot be held till then owing to the covid out break To ensure the class of 2020 faces no difficulties in placements or further  studies, he said no report card will reflect if "any special formula" was applied to pass the candidate or that exams were not taken in the final semester.
